Lebowskipalooza
Saturday night we took in Lebowskipalooza in support of the Alzheimers Society. It was a great night with the guys. We started the night in style at the Regal Beagle and when the waitress came and asked our table if we would be interested in some Caucasians, we couldn’t resist!
The time on the ticket said “doors open at 6pm” so I figured it was rush seating and we were there early. Unfortunately the movie didn’t start until 8:30pm so we had some time to kill. It was great to just see all the costumes and hang out in the lobby. Mike was a big hit as The Jesus and gathered quite a crowd cleaning his bowling ball. My favorite event was tossing the whites.
Before the movie we found our seats and enjoyed the trivia contest and the dance off. The costume judging was a little sketchy. I wasn’t the best Walter there but Mikey should have won for his Jesus.
It was cool to watch the movie in that setting forsure. Not sure I would do it again next year but it was a good time.
